​a Raw Fudge Recipe

Raw ChocoAve Pie

Peanut Butter Cups

For Coconut Cream filled chocolates:

Mix your chocolate, equal parts of Raw Honey, Coconut Oil, Nut Butter, (peanut or almond etc) and Cocoa. For the Coconut Cream you will also need equal parts of shredded coconut & sweetened condensed milk.​

You can also add coconut flavoring.

Line your mini muffin tin with liners, put a small amount of chocolate in each, then a bit of coconut mixture and fill with chocolate.

And into the freezer for 15 minutes.

​For a raw recipe you can use the thick cream, from coconut milk & unsweetened coconut flakes. I like to add a Macadamia  Nut to each one with a Coconut Chip on top.
