Green Juice Smoothies are SO Good for us! ​

They keep me full for hours, and make me feel Great!

Try different things, be creative and take on the Green slowly! Start with a little spinach,  a banana, apple, & a few strawberry's.

Once you get adjusted to the taste of the Green,​

Work in some Kale, and other dark green leafy 

vegetables. Always use a Banana for the creaminess and you need a little liquid, like Almond Milk or a good Organic, 100% Fruit juice, with No added Sugar, You can even use Alkaline or Coconut Water.

I use a high powered Blender.
