A Moist Brunch Delight

cup  Cashews

1  cup filtered water

3 eggs

1 cup  gluten free Bisquick​

4  Tbs  quartered artichokes, chopped

4 Tbs green olives, chopped

Few dashes Italian seasoning

garlic powder & turmeric & basil

salt & pepper

Fresh organic spinach

Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350* and grease a small, deep baking dish with olive oil.

Mix cashews and water in bullet type chopper, until thick and milky. Transfer it to a mixing bowl and whisk in eggs. Mix in the next 5 ingredients. Fold in spinach and drizzle with olive oil, lightly stir. Place mixture into the baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes.​​
