Broiled Avocado

A different  twist on a Healthy Snack!​

Wash Avocado,  cut in half, & remove the pit. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and which ever seasonings  you prefer. (I used fresh garlic  & basil) Fill pit area with a chunk of cheese, half  inch square, I used apple harvest cheddar, goat cheese, and then added  Parmesan or Romono  over entire avocado. Broil on high until cheese is golden brown, about 4 or 5 minutes.​
